Be very careful with Back of Building facing market street...

Building has great location, but be careful of things they won't tell you about when buying or renting: (1) firestation DIRECTLY across street in back of building - it can get very loud in middle of night even with window closed. (2) cannot control heating. The problem here isn't that it is too cold but that the heat just blasts out and it gets very uncomfortable at times and can disrupt my sleep. (3) if you are in the back of the building, they are doing serious construction with noises ALL day for a few more months. (4) There is a massive 40 story condo going up across the street that is going to create a mess with noises for a couple more years!
