Hmmm... Where in the world can I start'

I've experienced the oppressive heating system even on a 55 degree day (centrally controlled; we've complained, to no avail; ventilation system seems undermaintained from what i can tell), the food-encrusted trash room floors, the less than aromatic and downright nauseating elevators (complete with stained carpets), negligent management staff (i've tried to get a response to one query and have had to call 3x and leave a note).

the bulding is being converted to condos, so the management REALLY seems too busy with that, rather than addressing maintenance and cleanliness concerns of current tenants.

the new owners did not hire the former door staff, and the current door staff is half GREAT and half...well...not really there. various door staff members have left the front or interior doors ajar so that anyone can walk in off of the street, the large "please use your access card to enter the building" sign greeting them as they enter. add to this the fact that we as current tenants are allowed certain rights when an apartment building is converted to condos. however, official notices and statements received under our door are never complete, and are usually vague.
Ugh!!!
