absolutely horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in a couple months before the place got converted into condos, and it was absolute hell the entire time I was there. They've been doing superficial 'improvements' since October and it doesn't ever seem to end. If you enjoy unexpectedly waking up to the sound of drilling, this is the place to be. I've heard them doing construction sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays, and once past 10pm! Once they knocked something down the vent which sent a plume of soot and dirt all over my kitchen area. They have absolutely no concern for present tenants and are more concerned with selling units. They have repeatedly come to show my apartment either (a) without advanced notice or (b) four hours after the time they said they would be showing my unit.
