I pretty much agree with most of the last few reviews. The elevators are horribly slow. They take a good 5 seconds to open or close. The management office is horrible and care more about selling the condos than the current tenants. Some of the hallways are smelly. The heat is on way too high during the winter. The fire alarm has a habit of going off late in the night or early morning. My bathtub faucet keeps leeking and they won't do anything about it. So now I have to constantly deal with the pink slime that grows in the bathtub. I hear that is a pretty common problem. Lot of the current tenants have been grumbling about the place especially after the conversion to condos.
