I disagree with many of the previous posts too. OK, the heat is centrally controlled and it is often way too hot (I run my air conditioner in the winter) but it's better than too cold, and we don't pay electric (directly) so who cares if you need to run the air conditioner' Also, I think the staff and management are very helpful; I have had several encounters with them and they have been great. The interior decorating (halls and lobby) are, lets just say interesting. But, I have never noticed any foul smell anywhere in the building. Construction has finished so there isn't any annoying construction noise. Street noise is no problem and I live on a lower level. People who complain about street noise should think about moving out of the city because it isn't any better anywhere else. Also, as previously mentioned, the amenities are GREAT for what it costs to live here. It is not the best place in the world to live, but it is the best for the price and it's location. If you can't deal with too much heat and ugly hallways, move to the Murano down the street (I think they are asking half a million for a small 1 bedroom)

Yes I am, but I live here too. My unit is not for sale, rent, nor do I plan on moving anytime soon. So how am I misleading people Mike?
