This is a great apartment/condo to live in for commuting graduates, residents, and young professionals. I've lived here for 2 years and the southern views are simply magnificent.

2 blocks east from here is Rittenhouse Square, the shopping and dining hub of center city. It also just happens to be one of the best parks here too.

There is a fire station nearby, however, the noise is nowhere near what one poster made it out to be. you might hear it once a week, at most. The proximity of their location makes coordination with scheduled maintanence by PECO much quicker, when called for.

As renters, we don't have to worry about utilities like gas and electricity, and also includes standard basic cable plus 8 channels of premium HBO, free. Also I have heard the monthly condo fees in Riverwest is not cheap($300 to $500 for 2007), which we renters don't have to worry about.
