Great, clean, quiet apartment with friendly staff and lots of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The fitness center is small, but has everything I would look for and all of the equipment is new/up to date. Recent renovations really make the overall feel of the place one of the nicest places I have lived. Nice views of Center City. Be careful of living on the highest floors, though--- the heat rises! Having cable and uttilities included in the rent definitely saved a lot of money.
