I've been renting an apartment for almost a year now. I really like the building because it so close to everything: Rittenhouse, Trader Joes, Center City, restaurants, Penn, with excellent access to public transportation: bus stops and trolley. I also like the neighborhood - I find it very safe with a lot of nearby restaurants. I am also very happy with the management of the building. Ever since they converted into a condo, I have had very positive experiences with the management. They are very responsive to requests and are very friendly. One downside is that the heating cannot be individually controlled, so it tends to get a bit too warm during the winter, but I usually just either open the windows or switch on the A/C so its not really an issue, especially since the utilities are all included. Because this is a condo, the finishings between units can vary considerably depending on how well the owner has maintained the unit. I would definitely recommend this place
