I just loved the gorgeous hardwood floors when I moved in. The bathroom and kitchen are all white and very clean looking.
I live on the 8th floor so I have a great view of the city.
The costodian is a very nice guy, and he keeps the building immaculate.
Since it's in a city, there really isn't any place for a car. I walk and ride a bike to everything.
I had a problem with mice once, but it quickly got solved.
The management raises the rent by $35/year, which seems a lot to me.
But Center City is an exciting , fun place to be.

Inflation is generally considered to be 3-4% so if your rent started at say $900, a $35 increase is pretty standard.
