I have lived here for almost 2 years and I can't wait for this to be over. The is a significant mice problem in this building, one that management doesn't like to take responsibility for all that much. There has been a water damage issue on the walls of my apartment for over 7 months now, still not fixed. I'm "on the list". If management spent less time finger-pointing and more time getting things really under control, then it'd be a MUCH better experience.
The only parts I love about it are the location and the custodial personnel, a very pleasant gentleman!!

Has there been a new management takeover recently or is this the same management company that has been there for awhile? How bad is the mouse problem? Are they in the building or in your apartment or both?

I actually still live here, purely out of convenience, but will be leaving in 1.5 years. The current management has been in place since 2006...the mice problem was because of the old restaurant Fellini's, and they were everyone. There is an insect problem. Now, the building can be slow to fix maintenance issues from time to time, flips apartments a bit more frequently then it does fix maintenance issues, etc. I deal with it because it's close to work and where I attend school, but I still can't WAIT until I can move!
