I've lived in this building for 3 years & it's been great! The new management staff moved in right around when I did (heard there were some problems with the old staff - Philadelphia Management), but this new one's been great. They're very helpful with any concerns or maintenance issues & have gone out of their way to help me out & to accommodate me over the years.

The apartment itself is really nice too. I have hardwood floors (some units have carpet, and some are hardwood), a renovated kitchen & 2 walk-in closets. I also get tons of light into the apartment. Somehow, electric bills are minimal too - like $30-$40/mo... a far cry from my last apartment where bills were $300/mo!

Parking can be a bit of a bear, but the location's otherwise perfect. Walking distance from most of the Center City highlights, but not in the thick of things to the point that noise is a big issue. It's also a safe, well-lit area & I feel comfortable walking around alone or at night.

If you do have a car, it's pretty good too. Zone parking is around $30/year & there's a ton of spots around - it may take you a few minutes to find one, but sure beats the cost of garage parking, which is necessary in most of the rest of the city. All-in-all, you really can't beat this place for the price.
