If you want to live in the heart of the city Roosevelt building would be just perfect place for you. Located near Rittenhouse Square - in close, walking distance to almost all places you need stores, banks and pubs, it s especially convenient for those who work at Penn.
This summer it will be 3 years since I moved in here so I have quite good comparison with old Philadelphia Management landlord. What a big difference with new owner apartments are being renovated one by one. I have new cabinets, new kitchen floor in my apartment and also all was freshly painted before I moved in. And first of all no holes anywhere - behind cabinets or in the floor everything is sealed, it s hard for any mouse to get through. What a relief comparing to 2 years ago when there was a mice problem in the building. Yes, now the building is kept so clean that it s hard even to see any roaches.
So, one thing you can be sure of when you will be moving here all will be waiting for you fixed and working no bad surprises or nonworking things. Roosevelt is really well maintained and what s important if you have any trouble something is broken or for example you can not simply change your light bulb you always get quick help. You don t have to wait forever like with previous landlord. There is very helpful and professional managing and maintenance staff that you can count on.
