I absolutely love The Roosevelt! The apartments have all been renovated and have beautiful hard wood floors, the rest of the building is also undergoing a beautification and the results will be well worth the wait, and it does not get in the way of your apartment. The super is the nicest guy I've ever met, he will help you with everything you need and more, management is very helpful as well. I recommend it to everyone specially University/Grad students, is in the heart of RittenHouse Square, tons of bars in the area, did I mention The Roosevelt bar'' on the ground level we have our very own bar! amazing drink deals (penny dollar beers on Thursday!) and very very good food! what else could you ask for!!'
