When I first moved into Rose Court I could'nt believe the price for such a nice apartment...Well if something seems to good to be true it probably is.Not only does the maintenance take forever and i mean forever to fix anything even things a simple as changing a light bulb but they also do a one day rush job on your apartment before you move in.They tell you that gas will be included in your rent.They work with a gas company that gets one large bill FOR ALL THE BUILDINGS and splitS it between all the tenants and the bigger the apartment the more you have to pay.Your heaters come on and off when the feel like it and everything in the building is old as dirt.If you dont use alot of heat or do it doesnt matter you will still recieve a nice chunk of the whole three buildings usage to pay.DONT MOVE HERE THATS MY ADVICE.
