ITS NOT WORTH IT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   MAINTANCE- THEY SAY THEY WILL FIX SOMETHING THE NEXT DAY THEN A MONTH LATER THEY FINALLY GET AROUND TOO IT AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE THE RENT - PAYING 565 A MONTH FOR A 1 BEDROOM IS A GOOD DEAL BUT THE LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT IS NOT SO GOOD BUGS - DUE TO THE UNCLEANSINESS OF MY NEIGHBORS I HAVE BUGS A LOT OF THE PEOPLE THAT RENT FROM HERE ARE CRAZY AND TRIFELING THE LANDLORD - HES NICE SNOW REMOVAL - IF IT SNOWS ON THE WEEKENDS FORGET ABOUT IT THEY WONT HANDLE IT TILL MONDAY (LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN) SECURITY - WELL IT WOULD BE GOOD BUT SOMETIMES THE FRONT DOORS TO THE BUILDINGS SOMEHOW REMAIN UNLOCKED PARKING - PEOPLE PARK IN THE APARTMENT STRIP WHERE IT SAYS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AND PPL HAVE BEEN DOIN THIS LONG BEFORE I HAVE BEEN HERE AND THERE IS A BIG SIGN ON THE BUILDIN NO PARKING OR IT WILL BE TOWED BUT DO THESE CARS EVER GET TOWED NOPE!!! OVERALL THE APARTMENT COMPLEX SUCKS
