This place was the worst kind of hellhole I have ever lived in. The management was so nice & friendly until we moved in. We were shown the apartment with 2 air conditioner units, however when we showed up to move in, there was only one. After making an amendment to the lease, it still took them over TWO years of fighting and threats to get a second unit in the apartment. It was a nightmare to get anything fixed in this place- we had water leaking from the apartment above, which turned out to be human waste. It took them WEEKS!!! to fix this, and did a shoddy job at it. We lost hot water every winter about once a month for a few days at a time. Our saturday evenings always included a phone call to the police to break up the fights in the parking lots, or to break up a party in the parking lots- And no, management did not care one bit. As soon as we were able to afford a nicer place, we moved. Despite giving 3 months written notice, when we moved out, they never updated their records and refused to refund out security deposit (IT TOOK ABOUT 6 MONTHS) and had the audacity to attempt to charge us rent after we had moved out. (Lucky me-I had the manager sign a receipt for the keys when we moved out-and because of that proof, we got the refund after much arguing.)
The management company changed to Brandywine after we moved out- and they were as bad to deal with as the original company if not worse.
Not a nice place, not a nice management company, not a nice anything!
