Its not bad for just under $1,000.00, but the insulation of the windows is bad and you will have a very high heating bill in the winter. Even if you place window insulation plastic on them from Home Dept.
Parking isn't great, but you get one garage. You have to make sure your neighboors don't block your driveway. It is a decent place to live though. It sure beats living in a crime infested North and West philadelphia. You can actually let your kids play outdoors here and not worry about them being shot by drug dealers. I recommend this place to people who have the money because no utilities are included and rent goes up every year.
