I lived at Sedgwick Gardens for almost 2 years. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Parking was usually available on the street unless you got home late and had to park in the back. In the winter when it snowed or iced the maintance didn't keep up the steps in the back very well, which are very steap. Although, I never had a problem with my car not being safe parked out front. The laundry rooms do not have change machines, so getting quarters ahead of time is a hassle. The worst part of the apartment and why I moved out is the blower for the central air and heat. It is so loud that we had to blast the T.V to hear the sound. Having guests over to watch a movie was embarrasing because every time it would kick on we had to keep turning up the volume. The gym is not very equipped so I didn't use it much. I would recommend the one bedrooms because the blower is not in the living room like the two bedroom. Overall, very nice, but not worth the money.
