Landlord is slow to resolve anything. I have a neighbor upstairs whose dog urinated on the floor and since there is no insulation of any type, it came through my ceiling. He stays up until 6 am every night and plays loud music. It is misery. On the upside, the space is huge, gated parking is available, but watch your step in the parking lot. Noone seems to clean up after their dog.
