We have lived in this apartment for almost a year, and we have had no problems except with a neighbor. The apartments are huge, with plently of closet space. You don't get a storage unit, so you have to make use of your in-apartment closets for things you may not necessarily want (seasonal items). The maintenance staff comes out the same day you call, and we have never had any problem with theft of jewelry or valuables. They all speak English and are friendly. The parking can definitely be a problem, and the speed bumps in the parking lot are a pain. The people in the office are extremely helpful. We had a problem with a neighbor, and during his eviction process they let us move to a different (and nicer) apartment for no charge. They also moved our rent special over ($75 off per month for a year)and extended it for another whole year. They are always willing to help, and are very friendly. No apartment you live in is going to be perfect, but this one is pretty close.
