ROACHES & WATER BUGS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Well to start we have been living here for over 6 months & have had a MAJOR problems with ROACHES & WATERBUGS.The 1st week of moving in we saw them comming out of everywhere.The apartment next door was abanded & had water damage so the exterminator sid that was a problem.The exterminator comes out every week but the problem won't get fixed unless every apartment get's sprayed, & they don't. The 1st month of living here my car was stolen. Have major problems with mold spots & mildew on walls, Have complained, They send people that cannot speak english & just paint over the mold. Needed washer fixed & took 2 weeks to fix. Office people are ok.The manager is very understanding & does try to work with you. Most of the maintence men are nice, female maintence women are VERY nice. We most likely will NOT renew our lease here b/c of the MAJOR bug problem.Neighborhood isn't too bad. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.
