Free heat = no heat

pay extra to use pool which was only open for about two months this summer





boast free movie rentals from rental office but have very very limited selection





terrible maintenance always requires multiple trips and they give attitude about it. In addition the "repairs" often break.



Electricity bill is outrageous.



Despite laying low on my part, I have had to call the cops twice when witnessing criminal behavior by neighbors. I will be a lot more careful after reading these other reviews.



Parking is not ample and street parking is not the best idea (apparently).



The manager is good and tries to work with you. They respond but only if you raise hell.



Frequent power outages.



I never would have moved here if I knew it was going to be this cold. It is unreasonable. It is probably illegal.



They fixed my balcony but at the end of summer; too late to have people over. Plus walls too thin to have a party because would disturb neighbors too much.


I do agree that at least one (if not more) of the positive reviews is fake.
