I have lived at this apartment for a year, and am moving out when the lease is up. We were lied to from the start about what color the kitchen and bathroom would be. Needless to say the color schemes didn't quite match. Our kitchen floor might cause you to start taking Dramamine for sea sickness. It's about as flat as Rosanne's rear. We've had cockroaches from the day we moved in. The walls and floors feel like they would fall over if not for the numerous coats of paint and spackle on them. Speaking of paint. I spent the first week of having the apartment repainting the things they missed, and scraping the paint off of every surface except the blinds and kitchen floor. The windows are single pane glass so sound/heat insulation is horrible. I can listen to someone outside my window and hear every single word they say.
Maintnance has been quick but far from thorough.
Ok, big complaint, NEIGHBORS. Our neighbors have been horrible. Two unruly kids and their dogs are upstairs, a scary handicapped lady downstairs. The kids were throwing rocks at each other in the parking lot(of course hitting our car, luckily I got to witness it and they don't hang outside our apartment too often now)
If you need a job in that area, I guess you could do worse than these apartments. Things do seem to be taking an upswing, but I would only come back here if I had to.
