There have been a few problems that my b/f and I have encountered. The main one was the waterbug problem. That seems to have been lessened over the last 6-8 months (plus, a couple of neighbors have moved, and funny thing...the bug problem just about stopped...hmmmm). We didn't have an infestation, but I am a dialysis patient, and I can't have bugs of any kind in our home. My main problem with the exterminator is that you have to call to get listed for when he comes on a specific day of the week. At our last place of residence (in Maryland), the exterminators came once a month like clockwork, so that was one less worry (and we had NO bug problems there at all).

We've had no problems with the staff overall, however, I don't like the fact that the maintenance people do not speak any English (except for the main maintenance guy). That's not good business, IMO, because how are you supposed to communicate with them to tell them what you want/need'

We've had no problems with heating/cooling, break-ins, mold, noise, etc. (it was louder at our old apt., so a bit of "normal" noise is no big deal...it's apartments! You are going to hear a certain amount of noise within the units, etc.) Could use bigger closet space, and closets with actual doors and not those sliding...things they call doors.

However, we were very pleased with the amount of space that we got for the price that we did (in 2000). We managed to pay $15 or so dollars less for over 200 ft. more space. Hopefully, we can get that lucky again in September when we move out.


Well, I guess that's about it. Oh and by the way, whoever said that the gym room was not free, that's a lie because I've used it on occasion, and trust me...it's free or else I sure as hell would NOT have used it (even though I now go to the local Y). Also, this is NOT a fake review...trust me, I am NEVER fake about stuff like this.
