I have to say this place looks nice from the outside, but they only work on the inside enough to get by and even the work on the outside is only made to look nice from far away.

When I moved in there was a leak in my apartment that seemed to have been there for at least a year (mold smell and damage to wall bringing in (big black roaches also called-WATERBUGS). Why they did not fix my apartment problems prior to my move in date is a mystery.

Also, since the day I moved in (on the TOP FLOOR!!!) I have had a severe roach infestation. Management was contacted several times and they are kind and helpful, but it is NOT fixing the problem. The roaches are large and it is so disgusting. There is a high possibility that I will not even last a year here.

Even though attempts were made to fix my problems, they were not enough. Everything seems to be a temporary cover up, but the real problems are still there. I am a VERY clean person and roaches fall from the ceiling on top of kitchen counters, they are in the closets, in the shower when I get up in the morning, and climbing out of sink drains even though drains are kept closed at all times when not in use!! Do not move here!

P.S. I can see why it was impossible to find a rental that accepted dogs. People who are slobs (most people) ruin it for the rest of us because nobody picks up after their pet. It is disgusting, lots of flies. Not to mention this morning I stepped in it on my way to work and it was in my car before I noticed I had to take the train smelling like dog poo!!

My apartment was not made ready for me upon move in. Play it smart! Look in the fire escapes and dark closets before moving in to make sure there are no signs of bugs. Try and go back without the leasing agent and talk to neighbors before signing anything! My neighbors sure have a lot to say now, I wish I would have spoken with them before signing.
