Don't be fooled into moving into the roach motel!!!

All the bad reviews of this place are DEAD ON!!!! I wish i would have found this site before i got trapped in i years lease. From day one i have had I bug problem. If the roaches aren't bad then the waterbugs (up to an inch long!!) will make you scream. Don't believe anything management tells you. Don't be fooled by the model they show you. most of the apartments have washers and dryers that date back to the mid 80's. When I have call maintenance to make repairs there own people say what do you expect from a 45 year old building. I had to have the phone rewire the phone jacks to get service. the mail boxs are coming out of the wall. My apartment doors has no seal around it, which means the smell from the old flithy hallway rugs comes right into my apartment. I have to keep candles lit so I'm not over come by the smells. And to top it all off there is a very good change that your car will be broken into by the VERY PEOPLE WHO LIVE NEXT DOOR TO YOU!! All I can say is STAY AWAY!!

I can't even use two of my phone jacks because they painted over them...just like everything else in the apartment. I too have to keep a candle in my hall way two feet fromt my front door because the smell of the hallway invades my kitchen. I even went out and bought an air freshner and put it on the window ledge above the mailboxes. THE VERY NEXT MORNING IT WAS GONE!!!
