I have lived here 2 years and I was lucky to get my carpets cleaned, let along new. They do not give NEW carpets unless you are just moving in the apartment. So that is a lie.

Place looks like projects and is not kept clean. Dog poop not picked up and smells all around the area.

My neighbor has roaches running around like real people.

This place is a BIG JOKE!!!

Are you sure you are living in the same apartments I am? The property is kept very clean - maintenance people picking up stray trash every morning. I walk my dog and I don't see the poop you are talking about. My carpeting was in almost perfect condition when I moved in 7 years ago; and I got the new carpeting just last year when I asked for it. Think I'm lying? Why would I care? I was just giving an honest opinion/review. I think most of the people who give 1-star reviews need to quit their whining, stop being so ignorant, and learn how to talk, write and spell. They probably should also go back to the projects where they came from - at least there you wouldn't feel like you were being ripped-off in such a "horrible place".
