i think that all these prople that write here are a bunch of -------s that never lived anywhere eles . i feel that sherwood crossing has been the best place i ever lived in and i lived in many . it's funny how these people don't have the balls to put there name in, but in a nut shell i feel from the managers,to the leaseing agents,to the maintence crew they rate the best !! i would tell anyone who like to be around a family they should come to sherwood

you have every right to your opinion as we have every right to ours. I'm glad you haven't had the experiences that most of us have had here. And by the way, I feel calling us names is really rude and immature. Sherwood has caused a lot of us unneeded stress and this is our way of venting. You don't have to agree with what's written on his board, but that's not the point anyway. Hopefully, these complaints will light a fire under management's asses to get some things done around here. This place, to me, is a dump. And this is not the only place I've lived either. I know what a normal living situation is, and Sherwood is not it. So if your happy here, more power to you. Your grammer and spelling make it apparent why you love it here so much.

Hello killsometime you are abolutely right. This complex is the pitts. I also lived in many apts. and none of them like this one. The tenants that they rent to are dirty and loud. Get some quality tenants in this complex and it would be a better place to live. Also they need to clean up better and more often.

It is obvious that the person who wrote this original entry works at Sherwood. It is safe to say that not one tenant that lives in Sherwood Crossing would write that themselves. Even if they were paid. This place is a roach infested, run-down, dump and I have lived many places. Do not rent here, it's horrible.

And where's your name, only tenant who loves this dump? Says anonymous on my screen. Another pathetic try of looking like a real apartment management company? Stop trying. Close the place down, burn it down so the rats and roaches leave. Sherwood Crossing is just bad. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE.

My thoughts exactly...where are your balls? I don't see your name on here! I have also lived in other apartments over the years and this is the worst ever! I lived in Sherwood as a teenager back in the 80's and it was great. Now is a different story. What a difference 15 years can make! I don't know what apartments you came from that would have you calling Sherwood a family place. Far from it! After three years and a steady decline in the class of tenants, probably like you, it was time for me to take my family elsewhere. It became obvios that filling vacancies was more important than screening the tenants and keep the apartments a family and classy environment. I cannot speak on roaches or rats...I had niether and was pleased with the apartment itself. It was the rude staff, the appliances that didn't work and didn't get replaced, especially the badly leaking window that caused damage to my furniture(which I had been told for more than a year would be fized and that I was top on the list)that pushed me out the door. I live in a house now and don't deal with any of the problems I had while living there. It started out as a nice place with young children the same age as mine and older tenants with no children, but turned into a place of noise, partying, fights across the way, stolen vehicles and the Hanvoer Sherrif's department making there nightly rounds. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They need to be investigated and need a new property manager!
