ok place to live

I haven't had any real problems living here. My neighbors seem ok, even though I don't know them very well. They don't look like drug addicts or losers. Just regular working class people. There are kids in my building who are loud, but no louder than the kids that could live next door to me if I owned a house. I have a large dog (probably the largest dog in the complex) and it does get a little frustrating when I see dog poo on the ground right next to the doggie bag stands. It doesn't look very good for dog owners. Maintence has come out on a few occasions but it was my fault when they couldn't get in because our schedules clashed. I would rather not have any one in my apartment alone with my dog. That's my personal prefrence. I have seen about a handful of waterbugs since I've been here, but nothing to cause alarm. NEVER a dirty roach, mice or rats. Most of the office staff seem nice, BUT they are there to do a job, not be my friend. The dumpsters do fill up fast, and parking is terrible after around 7 in my court. My light up reindeer was stolen at Christmas time, but any one can walk on the grounds, so I don't know who's to blame. My biggest complaint is trying to get into the tennis court. It is the biggest ordeal to get to use it. I think this is a nice place to live, if you can afford the rent . But maybe it just depends on which part of the complex you're in. If I decide to stay in the city, I would sign another year's lease with them. But remember, apartment living is apartment living.

The person who posted this says "it is an ordeal to get to the tennis court" HAVE YOU SEEN THE "Tennis Court!" The concrete is all broken up with weeds growing so high in the cracks that you have to step over them. There might have been a net at one time, but not any longer. There is broken glass and poison ivy all over the "court." It is not maintained by any sense of the word.
