If you rent or are thinking of renting from this place.
#1 DO NOT
#2 If you must, document EVERYTHING. Take photographs!!!
#3 keep copies of everything with accurate dates of calls you've made to maintenance, letters you've written, and what was done.

If you do not, not only will your living situation be the worst you've ever encountered, but then they will try and get your for all you've got! They do not deserve a dime so make sure EVERY stain on the carpet is noted on your move in form. In the end they will blame everything possible on you! Beware!
