Maintanence is a JOKE here. Parking also a complete JOKE. You are lucky if you can find a spot after around 7-8pm. Emergency maintanence apparently doesn't consider an apartment that is 94 degrees an emergency (and this is at 2am at 94 degrees). The AC made it 92....pathetic. They can't seem to fix the AC and have no care whatsoever for their residents.

I absolutely know what you are going through. I use to live there also. Dirty people, roaches, rats and etc. We have moved now and it is so much better. You need to get out of the place. It is a disaster!!!
