Sherwood Apartments charged an application fee that they said was refundable, after being denied application to live there Sherwood Apartments said they mailed they application fee back to one of the names on the applcation list that was of 3 people's names, but what I do not understand is why not mail it to the original person that had THEIR name on the application fee, afterword, the person who is asking for their money order back found out that Sherwood did not mail the money order back, that they gave thier money order away to one of the applicant's and not the one who's name is on the money order and said one of the applicant's signed for the money order, and when asked Sherwood proof of signature they had no proof of signature, did not refer to any files of any kind, and did not look into the computer to see if anything was in there and assumed that someone signed for it. WE ARE TAKING THEM TO COURT! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

I sympathize with you. Please do take the time to keep us up-to-date on the court proceedings.
