This apartment is fine if you are right next to the rental office but any where else especially across the creek is bad. I lived here for a year and a half, the first month was filled with bugs. The kitchen was very small and hair was painted to the walls from previous pets, the carpets smelled of puppy potty training days, there were a few tiles missing in the bathroom. We had a leak from the bathtub that was "insignificant" but left a 3" round hole next to the tub. The heat was never hot enough and the air conditioner never ran cool enough. If you move in please take pictures in your apartment before you move in so you can prove the damage was done before you were there. I've seen my fair share of police activity for a lifetime. Inconsiderate residents who do not pick up after their dogs, that live on the third floor yet their pets never make it off of the deck and their fecal matter makes it into a tree 3' away. One year lease lead to a 6 month lease when we found out we would be charged heat, water, trash removal, different ammenities such as the pool even if you weren't planning on using it. The trash was picked up three times a week but we had the lazy parents who sent their kids to the dumpsters and couldnt lift the bags into the dumpsters so with the birds the stray cats and the stray dogs the trash would be all over the parking lot. Loud neighbors making noise all hours of the night, dogs barking. The month before we were due to move i was walking my dog after dark and there was a naked man sitting in the parking lot, talk about creepy! Over all this was not the best experience i have had and if i were given a second chance i would rather not do it again. Good luck to all!
