Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
i lived here for a year the apartment is ok. The requirements for the up coming years is not reasonable. They want to pay all utility which inclules electic,gas,water,sewer and trash. Which will bring your monthly bill up 150.00 to 200.00 a month.This is not a condo,You can not write this apartment off in your taxes.
