I moved here in June 2007 with high hopes and expectations that were set by the ads and staff when I checked the complex out. Seemed worth the higher then market rate for rent. Very disappointed. Second rate maint., unresponsive and negative office staff, amenity fees, flat rate util fee for hot water/gas way too high relative to the $985/mo I pay for an average size 1 BR apt. No dog breed restrictions (lots of pitbulls) and obviously don't care who they rent to. All $$$, lots of decaying wasted space like a tennis court. The cheapest appliances, especially washer & dryer in units. $359 units at best.
Great grounds, just not maintained. A standard grass cut with guys zooming around on tractors is about it, typical. No clean up of landscaping or mess as seasons change or after storms wash mulch & dirt all over. Check out simialr places with similar ammenities close by in Bucks County and you'll see the difference. Price included. They turn the heat off on a certain date, even though we pay a flat rate utility charge. No response for AC problems on weekends unless it is "81 degrees" or higer.
