I recently moved into a One Bedroom Grand (pie shaped) at this property. I was initially getting a regular One Bedroom Grand, but one of the rental agents convinced me to take a look at this model and I fell in love. I was surprised that I received new carpeting. Move in day was a big hectic. We arrived as the cleaning crew was just starting in the apartment. They only had a little under a week to turn this unit around, so I understood. I had some AC issues on the first and second day, but they were propmptly resolved. My smoke detector is a bit sensitive right now, but the leasing agent said someone would be out to fix it. They would be out sooner, but I have a dog and do not want anyone entering while I am not home. My court is very quiet; I barely hear any of the street noise. I live on a smaller court, so parking can be a bit sparce, but there is plenty of street parking and parking in the adjacent court.

I have not lived here that long, but so far so good. There were some minor miscommunications initially, but everything got cleared up before I moved in. The amenities fee could be an optional thing, but I will try to make the most of unlimited gym access. My dog definitely loves the fenced in dog-run. The staff has been flexible and responsive. Maintenance has been extremely helpful. They neighbors are super friendly. Before choosing this place, I checked out a few other places. The other units were much smaller for the same price or more, and I would not have had W/D in my unit.

It would be nice if they had a maintenance request form that one can submit electronically. I was able to submit things via email, but an e-fill in form would be great!
