Okay it has officially been 6 months since the move in to Sherwood Crossing. I have to honestly say that I still agree this was a very good choice of location and rental property. I have not had any recent reasons to call the office. THe surroundings are still quiet. No problems with neighbors, No noise problems. Everything is great. When I drop off my rent payments, everyone is friendly and usually ask how is eveything going and want to know if I have any problems. So I still would say Sherwood Crossing is a great place to live. I personally can not wait for the spring and summer seasons to return. Speaking of seasons, during these winter months, the heating is great, no drafts, nice and warm, and not that stifling smothering heat, very comfortable. So now we know how it is to live here in the Summer and the Winter. I have to suffer in the Winter becasue I have a terrible bad habit of smoking cigarretes, so I have to smoke out on the balcony. My choice because I do not want yellow walls and stinky furniture and clothes. Hopefully I can drop this bad habit. But there is nothing like sitting on the balcony, with a cup of coffee, the morning paper and a cigarrete (during warmer months).I'll keep checking in from time to time.

Welcome new neighbor! I just moved in too. I hope that the dog barking is not mine. My dog and I are adjusting - I just sold my house, so apartment life is taking a little getting used to. I like your idea about checking back regularly for updates. I will do the same.

Hi newbees! I've lived in Sherwood Crossing for a little over a year. And although I do have a lot of likes about this place, there's a lot of little things that just add up over time. Little examples: the squirrels in my ceiling/air ducts that maintenance can't get out and the ones that die in between in my walls, the AC that breaks all the time, bad parking, the cracks that pop through the plaster after time, the "new" carpet and unfortunately the suicide attempts that seem to happen all too often. (I've only encountered a few roaches though. Knock on wood!) But I won't spoil the rest. Over all, this is a pretty decent place to live if you're just getting started, as a jumping off point to bigger and better things. But I do plan on moving out when my lease is up. Hope to see you around before then!!!!

Hello. No, we are not in the townhouse, we are in a one bedroom apt. This is a really good area to reside in.
