From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I have lived here for a year. Maintanence is fast but not the brightest bunch. They're pretty nice but flirt too much, not exactly professional. They do raise the rent a bit much for what the apartments look like. The hallways (entrances) to the buildings are dirty and nasty and smell of bug spray as it is very much needed. If you live below somebody it sounds like they are coming into your apartment. And the electric bill! Our air conditioner broke and was going to be replaced but they told us they fixed it. Then the $225.00 electric bills started coming. When we called about it they said it was a hot summer so we requested they look at it again. Turns out the thermostat was bad. The next bill was still over $200.00 and we called again...this time they had to replace the unit. It only took them 4 months and we still had the high bills. There is no security and the neighbors aren't the nicest. Somebody beat the rent in our building...that was pretty funny. It was an ok first apartment but out lease is up at the end of the month and we are moving this weekend, not a weekend too soon.
