Some major issues:

1. Management will tell me hat rent is due on a certain day, at a certain time. The next day I recieve a letter requiring a $50 payment, even though I dropped of my rent in time.

2. Management requested that maintenance come into my apartment to re-do my closet bedroom, because of hazardous mold. (water was leaking from the ceiling and through the light fixture). When maintenance came, they only did a
shotty patch up job.

3. Maintenance entered my apartment (before I refused permission when I am not at home)
and about 5 pieces of my jewerly were missing from my bathroom.(My tub was clogged)

4. The heat control gage in the apartments do not work. Tenants have no control over them at all.
They are just for show. Sherwood Crossing controls it. And so, when they shut it off on their
standard shut off date, people who live downstairs, primarily are left in the cold on the last
really chilly days of the winter.

5. Sherwood Crossing Apts does not enforce children's safety (alot of kids play in the parking lots, throwing footballs and baseballs..many times hitting other people's cars) and the safety of our property.

6. And overall the professional quality of management is just horrible.

Of course, I plan on moving out as soon as my lease ends. Thank god!
