Good apartment complex, nothing fancy, but overall a value in size and location.

I have lived in several other complexes over the years (Welsh Gardens, Korman, Holme Circle apts.) and I can honestly say that Somerton Court is by far the best apartment I have had so far.
These apartments are huge. Full kitchens(you can fit a table in it), 3 walk-in closets, balcony is 20 feet wide, room for full-sized dining room set. The master bedroom is like a cavern it is so big.
The location is good because you are 1/2 block from the Somerton Train station for a center city commute, and only 1-3 blocks from just about every type of store you can think of.
This is also the first apt I have lived in that has concrete floors! Very quiet.
They also have nice windows.
There is a little creek that runs through the complex with a family of ducks that live in it, everyone feeds them, it is nice.
I told my landlord the only way she could ever get me to leave this complex would require an ambulance or a police car.
