If you know like I know PLEASE dont move in here. The apts are large but not soundproof at all. You hear everything! I lived on the top floor and I heard the people under me ALL the time. They have wash rooms with 1 washer and dryer in them and the neighbors would leave their clothes in there overnight. I made numerous complaints about this but nothing happened. The smells that come through the vents were horrible! The neighbors leave their trash in the halls because the dumpsters are so far away. God forbid if your late on your rent your going to court the next day! Its to much aggravation just to have a nice size apartment.
