1. Management - a joke. 7 managers in 3 years.
2. If by maintenance they mean completely ignore work orders for total building code violations, and never cleaning anything, then yes, there's maintenance.
3. There's a 92% chance that you will be robbed and a 55% chance that you will be shot. Dead.
4. After years of a horrible social service staff, there was a wonderful woman named Saundra who almost made me forget that I lived deep in the pits of Hell. But even she quit.
There's a plethora of other problems, but I don't have time to type them all out -- I have to strap on my bullet proof vest
