Management Doesn't return calls and never picks up the PHONE!!!

I just moved here and it's been a month already and NO cable because the cable line is disconnected. EASY problem right'' WRONG. ALL I need is for a little correspondence to take place and I will be fine. The problem is our calls are not honored... Not Cool! So It's a beautiful place and parking is great. Really nice residence, working class and high end community, Just Don't have a problem because it won't get solved!
