1-the customer service is horrible, they put you on hold for 20mins, one time I needed someone to fix my ac. I hung up and had to call again like 3 times.

2- I requested a washer/dryer for my apt., after 4 months nothing came, they kept telling me "I am on a list" I said forget it

3-My ac broke during the summer when it was in the 90s, it took them 2WEEEKS to fix the ac. I had to live someone else for 2 weeks.

4-The heater had to be fixed like 3 times before it would work properly

5-There was MOLD growing in the closet where the heater is. If you have allergies make sure you look for this

6-A lot of the residents are ignorant and disrectful, they play music in which you can feel the vibrations from your bedroom, they throw trash all over the place, their car alarms keep going off during the night. One of the residents above where I lived had to call the cops because her boyfriend was beating her.

7-Speaking of car alarms, recently they have had a lot of car vandalisms, probably caused by the trashy residents that move up here.

8- the laundry room is very trashy and has cat litter all over the place, plus some of the "supposedly new" washers and dryers dont even work

9-speaking of cats, they are a bunch of stray cats all over the plase

10- the gym sucks, the pool sucks, and the playground sucks.

11-takes a long time for them to fix things

I would not recommend living there, however if you must make sure you sign AN ADDENDUM THAT WE CAN CANCEL YOUR LEASE AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT ADD $50 TO RENT
