Can't Wait to Leave From: MissNclAnn Date posted: 10/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I currently reside at St. Ives but I will not be renewing my lease this coming year of 2005. The complex attempts to give a "good" area to live in but once you get inside, it is ridiculous. The apartments were constructed horribly and I truly think everything has broken at least once in my apartment. I will be writing more once I move out. Look for my comment come April 2005.
