Hey, I'm looking into moving into St. Ive's in a few months and have been trying to find out a couple of things. I was wondering if a decent amount of the population at St. Ive's is under 30. I was also wondering approximately how much the utilities cost in a junior one bedroom, or the 2 bedroom with 1 bath. It would be SOO helpful if I had this information. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could respond. Thanks!

I think the age is mixed. I def under 30, quiet, and clean. electric is about 170 during fall and times of year when you don't need heat or air, can be as high as 300 in a 2bed/2bath.
