ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO, THERE WAS A TRIPLE HOMICIDE (MISTAKEN IDENTITY ) AND ABOUT 2 MONTH AGO, GUESS WHAT,ANOTHER MURDER. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT LIVE HERE. PEOPLE STILL COME TO THIS COMPLEX, TO DUMP THERE BROKEN DOWN CARS, SMOKE WEED AND DO SHADY DEALS, DUE TO EASY ACCESS TO THE COMPLEX. GATES DO NOT WORK. THE STEPPED UP SECURITY, BUT I STILL DO NOT FELL SAFE. APARTMENTS ARE VACANT AND THE LET ANYBODY IN, EVEN THOUGH THE HAVE A INCOME REQUIREMENT. I GUESS MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PEOPLES SAFETY. THE OFFICE PERSONAL ARE ONLY NICE, WHEN YOU COME TO PAY RENT, AND FOR THE SECOND TIME, THE COMPLEX HAS BEEN SOLD DURING MY STAY. MAINTENANCE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX THINGS, I HAD TO GIVE MY SHOWER A MAKEOVER ( THE SILICON SEAL NEAR MY BATHTUB WAS NASTY AND NOT DONE RIGHT )( I HOPE YOUR "MAN" KNOWS HOW TO FIX THINGS ). THERE IS A SMALL CREEK NEAR THE COMPLEX AND WHEN IT RAINS, THE CREEK RUNS OVER, IT MAKES A BACK-UP IN THE SEWER SYSTEM AND FLOWS OVER, IT STINKS. DO NOT PARK NEAR THE CREEK, MAINTENANCE OFFICE AND RIVERSIDE DRIVE. MY A/C DOES NOT WORK, IT NEEDS RECHARGING EVERY SUMMER, THEREFORE MY ELECTRIC BILL IS HUGE. MY HALLWAY SMELLS LIKE DEATH AND WHEN PEOPLE ARE COOKING, THE FOOD SMELL SEEPS INTO MY APARTMENT...YUCK. THE GROUND HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS ( NO FAULT TO THE GROUNDS PERSONAL ) FOR SOME REASON SOME PEOPLE THINKS THAT THE COMPLEX AREA IS THEIR OWN PERSONAL GARBAGE-CAN. PARENTS ARE TO LAZY TO GO DOWN WITH THEIR OWN GARBAGE, THAT THEY SEND THEIR CHILDREN, GUESS WHAT, THE GARBAGE NEVER MAKES IT THE GARBAGE CAN. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS COMPLEX IS.....PETS ALLOWED, FOR A 200.00 DOLLAR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE AND 25.00 DOLLARS A MONTH YOU CAN HAVE A PET. I SHOULD GET A PITT-BULL FOR MY SAFETY.

This posting is bogus for sure! I We've lived here 9 years (yes 9) and I have seen the creek overflow to the perimeter parking lot for a very short time when it rained quite heavily and quickly. No damage. No sewer backup that I ever saw. I think this tenant should be living in her own house if she doesnt want to smell cooking smells in the building. Does she ever cook? I have seen 3 management companies here and can see that the new owners (who are managing)do a much better job. The undesirable tenants are moving out quickly! The one incident she speaks about (murder)was probably one of those undesirables. And the murder rate is up in Philly so where would she move to have no smells from cooking, no crime, no litterbugs, no abandoned cars, etc??? As for the tub issues, maybe if she used cleaning products and bleach her shower wouldnt be nasty. Since when does management have anything to do with your dirty tub? I love my building and neighbors. Living in an apartment is not for all of us but if you choose to, you should know that you share the building (and responsibility)in many ways.
