Beautiful apartments, But they rent to scum From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have lived here awhile, and maintence is excellent, office staff reallh helps you out, but the residents are non-working losers, who blare music and obsenties all day and night long. I think they should screen alittle better, they actt like its a huge process, but then they rent to people who dont leave their homes, and I know they do not so good stuff. Make St Ives what it should be, keep the trash out of here, many familes have 6-7 people in a 2 bedroom. This is Northeast philly, not North philly. I would hope they clean it up soon
