This is a great apartment if you can get a deal with them to get some months free. We will probably not return to this apartment for the following reasons:

1. Shared Energy prices: They have a shared energy bill. our bill was 500 dollars last month and we don't even use the heat. So even if you don't use heat, you pay for it anyway.

2. There is a general lack of responsiveness from the staff (not the concierge). Maintenance orders are placed and you don't know if they are fulfilled or not. Sometimes they don't leave a notice in the apartment and sometimes it seems like work orders are just ignored. Including phone calls to the Apt Manager.

What`s the deal with the shared energy cost? How can they justfy that kind of energy bill in a newly constructed building? Something seems terribly wrong...are the residents up in arms?
