We moved in 2 months ago, and what a mistake.
Utility bills are resident shared, and are astronomical ! There are multiple construction issues which include: water collecting in puddles on the terraces, window and ceiling water leaks, the floors slope down in different directions causing problems with counter tops, cabinets and closet doors, as well as there being multiple wall and ceiling cracks.
Makes one wonder, is it just poor construction, or are there some underlying constructional problems going on.
When we confronted the property manager, as we felt the leasing office lied and had a responsibility to make us aware of ongoing issues, he responded with " don't you know, they are basically hoers , working on commission"
Would you want to pay rent of $ 3,400 , and be subjected to these issues ''''''
